For over 25 years RVL have been designing and manufacturing electronics – delivering flexible and innovative electronic design and software development, in a first-class UK facility, employing experienced engineers and IPC trained/certified technicians.
The company is compliant to RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and can help with CE Marking for products being delivered to EU markets. RVL demonstrated their commitment to the highest standards of competence and performance by being one of the first companies in the industry to achieve the new ISO9001:2015 accreditation. Staff are proud to be trained to IPC-A-610 standards.
In essence, the company provides a full engineering service from prototype creation through to delivery of the finished product. Clients can select from a range of services, which often results in a bespoke solution. Each project will be designed to individual requirements and clients are invited to visit the secure site in Kent to see their electronic dreams become reality. RVL is flexible but takes pride in attention to detail, whether it’s producing a one-off, or a few thousand units every month.
The PCB assembly pick and mix service includes sourcing parts, incoming component inspection, prototyping, scheduling production, plus testing and inspection – through to the final box build, if required.
