Who wrote it? Who cares?

Some recent research showed that half of all consumers can’t tell if an email has been written by a human or by AI, and the vast majority don’t care anyway. Disguising the source of written content is made easier by the poor quality of what some of us churn out – only this morning I received a sales email from an estate agent that would probably have been rejected had AI come up with it. Apparently, younger people are better at identifying authenticity and care more about it. We all need to work out how to make our content appear more human …assuming it is.
