Highlighting customer care

How important to you – and to your customers – is ongoing support and service? I suspect for many businesses, it’s very important.

However, it’s often an undersold element. One company’s product can be made to look like quite a weak offering in comparison to another company’s similar product which happens to have its excellent accompanying support package highlighted.

Some businesses really look after their customers, and are rightly proud of it. But they make a huge mistake if they forget to draw attention to that up front.
