Getting that brief right

Most of us will outsource creative services at one time or another, whether it’s photography, website design, brochure creation or many other activities. We do this because we need a better outcome than doing it ourselves …at a justifiable cost.

However, if we’re not clear about what we want, we won’t get as good an outcome, and the cost may well rise as we get things re-done more in line with our vision.

So the brief is very important.
