I’ve been really enjoying using Microsoft’s Clarity product, which I mentioned before Christmas. It’s now had time to accumulate plenty of data, and I’ve already learned quite a lot from it. Although Clarity’s heat map and session recording features are not new, their implementation is really simple, and everyone can learn a lot from watching how visitors progress through their websites.
Microsoft is now integrating the product into Bing Webmaster Tools, another service which can provide an insight on visitor behaviour.
