Keep calm and carry on marketing

After I wrote recently about needing to carry on marketing, if not upping our game, reader Andy Harris got in touch to say: “We’d love to see you do a blog post that effectively says: ‘if you don’t focus on this stuff now, you are going to feel more pain later’.”

He reckons that for most of us, one or more competitors will have used this unprecedented period to strengthen their websites and improve their SEO/PPC game, and we all need to understand that this could put us at a distinct competitive disadvantage as business slowly returns to normal.
