I’ve written many times about the usefulness of an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. This can be the home of general background articles about your technology, it can be a collection of ‘real world’ questions often asked by prospects, or it can be a made-up set of questions for which your company and website has the answers. There are many approaches, but a good FAQ page is great for SEO and widely liked by visitors.
Search Engine Journal has done a quick survey of pages – mostly from mainstream sites – in 25 of the Best Examples of Effective FAQ Pages. It might give you some inspiration.
