If you’ve got a Google My Business account for your company, it’s worth taking a look at the ‘Insights’ report which is available. Sign into the system and you’ll see this on the left-hand side. You’ll be able to see how many times your information appeared in the Google results after a search on your name, compared to a search on a product or service, and (in a new feature which you may not have yet), what searches people used. You can see how often you were found in search results or on Google Maps, where people got directions to you from, and how often your photos were seen. It’s all useful stuff.
