Amongst the stream of new options being made available to Google AdWords advertisers is the ability to add independent reviews to the ads, as this article explains. One thing which all of us can learn from this, however, is the obvious effectiveness of testimonials. Take a look at the ad below and you’ll see what I mean:
Now, in business markets it’s a lot more difficult to get independent reviews, but customer testimonials are a lot easier to encourage. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re creating an ad, a web page or a brochure, they really do work.
