The Google AdWords Landscape on SEOmoz attempts to get an idea of what the typical Google results page looks like, in terms of how many ads surround the results, and where they’re positioned. If you ever hear anyone say: “Google ads, they’re those little things down the right-hand side, right?”, you can now say: “Well, only on 43.6% of results pages”.
