If you have to write pages for your website, it can be useful to have a checklist of things you should consider and things you should include. I’ve just come across this excellent list (presented as a “template”) which I’d thoroughly recommend, on the Content Marketing Institute blog. It includes pre-writing questions, typical web page structure and formatting guidelines, and a checklist of items and reminders you can use to ensure your page is good to go. You might want to amend parts of it to conform to your own style and experience, but if nothing else, it will ensure you don’t forget the obvious as frequently as I do.
