All it takes is a room full of dedicated (really dedicated) people, intent on relieving organisations and individuals of personal/private/corporate information they can sell on the open market.

Management may not be certain why they need a social media expert, but they do know the social media arena is the place where they should have a presence.
The engineer is product-oriented. The entrepreneur is profit-oriented. These goals are dramatically different. The fundamental drives and motivations are so different that, all too often, the engineer can't make the transition....While many don't realise it, companies are a lot like people, in that they go through a complete life cycle. A balance of skills will help ensure the engineer/entrepreneur that his or her soon-to-be-born idea will not die a premature death.
Think about the sales call - talk about two sides of the coin If you're in sales then it is all about the person in front of the other person/group. If you're in marketing it is all about the polished, super slick presentation. If you're the MD it's all about the order. A presentation should be tailored by the sales people so that it fits their style and the audience. And it should go where few marketing people have gone before...it should ask for the order...
A totally involved agency enables the company to stay flexible and within budget...firms that use their agencies for more than simple publicity find that a single agency - a strong agency - doing more for the firm is not only worthwhile, but also very cost-effective.
The most valuable asset any organisation has today is not facilities. It’s not the inventory in the warehouse or on the production line. It’s not healthy bottom line the company achieved last year (although right now that would be sweet!) It’s people. It’s especially true in some sectors where quality and quantity are in such short supply...
Today's marketplace is still exciting, vibrant and tolerant. Every day, across the country, designers, sales people and application specialist who have great market niche ideas step forward to start the next killer company. Unfortunately, these new companies are often like roving mobs, rather than armies planning to win on the battlefield...
Sites and blogs have done an excellent source of how-to (how-to install, how-to use, how-to fix, how-to replace, how-to get action) information. So if a company's support group is a little slow in responding, only following what their support check list tells them, or speak-in-tongues, there are people out there who can help.
Without being properly prepared and you can only hope the mob will be as kind as The Bride (in Kill Bill) when she stated, “You can relax for now. I'm not going to murder you in front of your child.” It really isn’t that difficult to reach out and work with them, but we’ve seen/heard horror stories of even females not doing things properly.
