Apparently, LinkedIn says the most overused word in 2010 was "extensive experience" but it dropped to fourth place last year behind "creative", "organisational" and "effective".
It's ideal for monitoring PR - if you want to easily check what is being published about your company online. Plus, you can easily watch your competitors, or simply monitor a technology or process. Basically, if it's online you can monitor via Google Alerts.
