Small Rotary Sensors: for space constrained geometries where the maximum outer diameter is <50mm and often <25mm. Recommended for applications requiring high resolution and repeatability.

Large Rotary Sensors: for geometries where either a larger shaft must be passed through the centre of the sensor or extreme levels of accuracy are required. The IncOder product range offers a standard, off-the-shelf solution.
Applications: CNC machine tools, rotary tables, test equipment, motor encoders, servo controls, robot motion controls, azimuth and/or elevation angle measurement.

Linear Sensors: for linear sensing applications ranging from 0,1mm to 10m, giving high resolution and repeatability even in arduous conditions. These linear sensors are normally used in the range 10mm to 1000mm.
Applications: CNC machine tools, liquid level measurement, actuator servo feedback, weight/vibration and wear sensors.

Curvi-Linear Sensors: suited to sensing applications ranging from 0,1mm to 10m where the measurement path describes a planar curve or complex surface. These sensors are used in the range 10mm to 1000mm and offer the added advantage of only requiring a relatively small access segment to measure rotation. Recommended for high resolution and repeatability where space is at a premium.
Applications: rotation measurement over limited angles, gunnery sights, flight surfaces and fin servos.

2D and Multi-Axis Sensors: designed to measure displacement in multiple axes. Zettlex sensors will measure linear displacement in X, Y and Z-axes as well as the roll, pitch and yaw angles, however, two axes of a plane is the most common requirement.
Applications: servos for multiple actuator or complex mechanical joints, and joysticks.
