There are many ways to keep an eye on this, but the main ones are featured in a good article on Ask Enquiro called Viewing AdWords Search Query Terms: Let Us Count the Ways!. In particular, the "Search Query Performance report" is now very good, although if you've been advertising with AdWords for a while and not really kept on top of when your ad has been showing, you may want to shield your eyes.
