I tend to agree with you.
I would also like to make an additional point.
In the old fashioned way of interacting with Sales Reps the customer could have an interaction.
On the web presently it tends not be interactive.
Hence perhaps it is important to have some space to make websites interactive as well.

Thanks for the shout-out on the Propelling Brands post.  It&#039;s driven some great dialogue in the marketplace.

I would say I certainly agree with your statements here.  Buyers are leveraging online more than ever, but I would agree they are probably increasingly less-informed (or at least have to work twice as hard to get the same insight they might have gotten from distributors in the past).  

The same instant information availability that is changing the buyer/vendor dynamic is also potentially quite overwhelming.  And I think some buyers are drowning in information.  They probably feel better-informed, but I wouldn&#039;t be surprised to find evidence that they are less so.
